Absentee Voting (February 6 - March 13)

  • A qualified voter must obtain an application for absentee ballot, either by mail or in person, from the Aurora Election Commission thru March 13*.
  • For additional information on absentee voting, call the AEC at (630)897-4030 or online at: http://auroravotes.org/absentee-voting.
  • Absentee ballots will be mailed to voters thru March 13*.
  • In-person absentee ballot applications will be accepted at the Aurora Election Commission until March 17.

*March 10 for members of the U.S. Service and family members, nonresident civilians and U.S. citizens temporarily residing outside the U.S.

Grace Period Registration & Voting (February 19 - March 15)

Available at the Aurora Election Commission office only. Anyone that has missed the deadline to register to vote and lives within the city limits of Aurora, in the county of Will, may choose grace period registration. Please be aware that if you choose to register or update your registration during the grace period, it can only be done in the office of the AEC and you must cast your ballot at that time
